MGN’s commitment to each of the products and services we develop is reflected in the approval expressed by regular customers such as RENFE, SNCF, CAF, TALGO, FEVE, METRO and OTIS.
We exercise maximum control over each phase of the design and production process, working closely with the customer to adapt it to its specifications. Our objective is to offer optimal solutions at the best price and with the maximum guarantee.
This philosophy allows us to learn with each of your orders about how to improve our results and the service we offer. It also allows us to maintain the loyalty of our customers and suppliers and to apply what we learn with them to future customers.

Service and Flexibility
The size of our enterprise means we can provide flexible solutions that are adapted to each order, producing both large as well as small batches with the same level of commitment and adherence to deadlines.
MGN offers professionalism, continuous innovation and a flexible production framework to integrate rubber and rubber-metal parts into the most advanced transport, machinery, structural and other systems. Specialising in vibration control and shock absorption systems, we help make vehicle transport a more comfortable experience for users and an adequate means for shipping goods over medium and long distances. We reduce noise and vibrations to meet applicable laws.
Our diversity in machinery, the versatility of our employees and the adaptability of our installations for different processes gives us the flexibility to produce both large as well as small batches, adjusting to the client’s schedule.
Chemistry, Engineering and R+D+I
We have accumulated and developed a wealth of know-how through the systematic work of our expert staff and the R+D projects carried out with research centres and universities.
In addition to work on new rubber formulations to meet various requests, the following are some of the projects in which we are involved:
Extreme Conditions Rubber Project:
"The study and development of materials for the manufacture of rubber-metal parts subject to extreme conditions.” The project was financed by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation, MICINN, to develop rubber materials that offer the best performance within a wide range of operating conditions, both mechanical and chemical.
Safe Rubber Project (replacement of ETU)
MGN forms part of a consortium of companies, research centres and European universities involved in the Safe Rubber Project, which has received funding under the European Union’s FP7 framework programme to develop a new, safer and multi-functional accelerator curative molecule in the vulcanisation of chloroprene rubber. The objective is to replace the current ETU-based accelerators with a new one that is less harmful to health and safer for the environment.
MGN is Involved
Since 2005, MGN has been actively involved on the AEDHE R+D Commission — a forum of the Henares Business Association for the transfer of technology, exchange of information, and promotion of innovative activities between companies — and the Spanish Railway Technology Platform (PTFE), a technology forum composed of the major players of the railway sector at the national level.
In addition, we are members of the Spanish Railway Association, MAFEX, which is backed by the more than 30 years of experience and prestige of the AGEX GROUP to which it belongs, as well as the public agencies and institutions with whom it collaborates.
MGN is a member of the rubber manufacturing consortium COFACO which has been formed since 2004 by processors of pneumatic and non-pneumatic tyres, producers and distributors of raw materials for the rubber industry, and manufacturers, marketers and distributors of machinery for the rubber industry.
